Terex downgraded to "underperform"

Dec, 29 2009

(New York)  --  Zacks downgraded Terex (NYSE:TEX) to underperform on Tuesday.

Zacks analysts cited sharp declines in volume, reported losses in the first three quarters of 2009, and soft demand for construction equipment due to weak commercial and residential markets worldwide.
They also said that they believe it to be impossible for the company to post profits in the next couple of quarters.
Shares of Terex are down 1% in afternoon trading activity on Tuesday.
