Aggregate Industries' CEO to retire

(UK) -- Aggregate Industries United Kingdom CEO Bill Bolsover will retire in March after 38 years in the construction materials business.
 
In April, Bolsover will become non-executive chairman of the Aggregate Industries Europe board of directors and will remain a member of the Aggregate Industries U.S. board of directors.
 
Under his leadership, Aggregate Industries UK has grown to a $2.4 billion organization since it became part of the Holcim Group in 2005. Alain Bourguignon, currently CEO of Holcim Spain, will succeed Bolsover.
 
Bourguignon has been with the Holcim Group for 22 years in a number of European territories and has experience in the aggregates and ready-mixed concrete businesses
