(USA) -- Holcim US Chief Executive Officer Bernard Terver will gain additional responsibilities for sister business, Aggregate Industries US, following the March 2010 retirement of Bill Bolsover as CEO of Aggregate Industries Ltd., spanning United States and United Kingdom concrete and aggregate operationsSpanning United States and United Kingdom concrete and aggregate operations
In addition to his dual CEO role for Holcim US and Aggregate Industries US, which remain separate operational entities, Terver will be appointed Holcim Ltd. area manager and senior management team member, plus chairman of the Aggregate Industries US board. In turn, Bolsover will become chairman of Aggregate Industries UK board of directors.
