CNBM, Grobogan to build Cement Plant in Indonesia

(Indonesia)  --  China National Building Materials Group Corporation (CNBM Group) has signed an agreement with Indonesia's cement company PT Semen Grobogan Semarang to build a cement plant in Grobogan County, Semarang City, Indonesia.

The plant will be constructed at a cost of USD 350 million. It is expected to be operational by the end of 2013.

The plant will have a daily production capacity of 6,000 tons of cement.

CNBM Group is the largest building material company in China and has 20 wholly-owned and controlled subsidiaries under its direct management. It also has six listed subsidiaries, including two overseas listed companies. It provides employment to more than 100,000 people.
