CRH transfers treasury shares

(Ireland) -- CRH has transferred 2,438 ordinary shares from treasury at £10.8564 apiece to participants in an employee share scheme.
CRH now holds 8,448,482 ordinary shares in treasury and has 719,449,424 in issue.
At 9:41am: CRH share price was +9p at 1227p
