Air care called to Martin Marietta for injured worker

(Ohio) -- An Air Care helicopter was called on Thursday morning to Whitewater Township to help a Martin Marietta worker with a traumatic head injury.

The injury happened at a facility on U.S. 50 around 10 a.m.

Whitewater Township firefighters say the worker fell off a piece of equipment located within a dredge pond on the site. The worker, whose name has not been released, was taken to University Hospital. His condition has also not been released.
