An investment of just 30 minutes with Kingfisher at Hillhead
Jun, 05 2012
(UK) -- Wear protection seminar aims to reduce costs and improve ROI for quarry operators.
Recognised across bulk processing industries as an expert in offering solution- driven systems in the fight against process plant wear and degradation, Kingfisher Industrial is holding a wear protection seminar at the Hillhead conference centre on Tuesday 19th June. The seminar, presented by Kingfisher MD, John Connolly, is being held to inform and educate quarrying and mining engineers about the types and causes of wear and the technologies used to combat the ever growing issue that costs the industry millions of pounds of potential revenue in lost production hours alone.
Quarry managers and maintenance engineers are invited to attend if they believe their operations can benefit from introducing technologies that can eliminate any- or all- of the following:
• unscheduled shutdowns
• expensive plant repair or replacement costs
• exposing employees to unnecessary risks associated with working at heights, or in confined spaces
• cleaning up the environment, due to spillages or unexpected blockages
The seminar is being held at the main conference facility at Hillhead, and is open to all interested quarrying and mining engineers and maintenance personnel. The presentation proper commences at 1pm, but Kingfisher is providing sandwiches and refreshments from 12:30pm for those attending the seminar. Any parties that wish to pre-book places for the Hillhead 2012 event should contact: jconnolly@kingfisher-industrial.co.uk
