Does any one have any research done either way of quarries affecting property values on surrounding parcels of land any help would be thankful

From what I have seen over the past 10 years or so in the Las Vegas area I cannot say that I have seen property values go up or down because of nearness to a quarry. That type of problem, however, would be tied very closely to the particular quarry in question and to the types of surrounding real estate developement.
