whilst i know there are hundreds of concrete mix design software what is the best, do they take into account co2 levels, manufactured sands etc?

Stewart, I have used Shilstone's SeeMix for almost 30 years now. Jay works for Command Alkon now but if you cal them at (800) 624-1872 they will transfer you to him in Dallas.
