Description

Position Summary:

First point of contact for new customer and COD inquiries, management of existing COD customers, after sales support and management of the CRM.

 

Key Responsibilities:                        

  • Solution based selling to maintain strong customer relationships and be address needs of COD sales, from initial point of contact to after sales support
  • Transference of Turbo knowledge to all customer segments
  • Search for and contact leads for new customers and document.
  • Accumulate price feedback for inside sales customers
  • Participation in all CFOM and Safety Meetings
  • Work with customers and operations to optimize delivery and plant utilization
  • Maintain Edmonton Transit Mix Website
  • Maintain CRM
  • Represent the company within various economic and social organizations
  • Operate within Lafarge safety and environmental policies and best practices
  • Other duties as assigned

Education and Work Experience:

  • High School Diploma
  • One to three years work experience in a customer service environment or direct sales
  • Experience in/Understanding of Construction Industry an asset
  • Strong telephone literacy
  • Strong computer literacy, including Excel, Word and Internet
