Responsible for VOIP Administration, design, analysis, implementation and troubleshooting of Cisco Call Manager, Unity Voicemail, Voice Gateway's, Cisco IPCC ACD system, for approximately 300 locations. Duties include vendor management, ordering new circuits, resolving billing issues and being the primary on call person for all voice related issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor�s Degree in Computer Science or related experience
- 3-5 years VOIP Administration experience
- Experience configuring Cisco Call Manager, Unity, Cisco Unified messaging integration with exchange email, Voice Gateway's, Cisco IPCC ACD system in a large enterprise environment
- Candidate should be a team player, organized, self-motivated and time-conscious
- CCNA, CCNA Voice preferred
