Manage and coordinate the daily grading crews, pipe crews, and all job activities on assorted heavy highway construction projects with a safety first style. Communicate closely with the operations manager and project manager. Maintain positive communications with customers, crews, sub-contractors and state inspectors. Responsible for ensuring the proper maintenance and securing of company assets. Complete required daily and monthly reports in a timely and accurate manner.
Requirements
- HS Diploma or equivalent GED required; college degree, trade school in asphalt/construction management or equivalent field experience preferred
- 2-5 years minimum experience with hands-on heavy highway construction
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Proficient with MS Office
