ACI to discuss certification programs at Infrastructure Imperative conference

The American Concrete Institute (ACI) will discuss its certification programs at the inaugural Infrastructure Imperative conference taking place from 13-15 November, in Cleveland, Ohio. The event’s stated aim is to foster innovation in the design and construction of lasting infrastructure.

At the conference, Michael Morrison, ACI manager of certification program development, and Anne Ellis, ACI's past president, will cover certification programs for installers and inspectors. Morrison will also review ACI's efforts to inform the industry of several safety-related certification programs.

Morrison says: “It is imperative that concrete construction be performed up to codes and standards that ensure safe construction, sustainable use, and quality products.”
