BMC Enterprises, through its affiliate Eastern Missouri Concrete, has acquired Hannibal-based company Mark Twain Redi Mix. The transaction is part of BMC’s long term sustainable growth strategy.
Additionally, the deal is intended to allow BMC to expand its geographic footprint and serve new clients northeast Missouri.
The acquired assets include four stationary ready mix plants, fifty ready mix trucks and a bulk hauling division.
