St Louis-based Breckenridge Material Company’s parent, BMC Enterprises has bought two operational limestone quarries, the Wright City Quarry and Defiance Quarry, as well as two additional properties with future aggregate reserves.
The new company will operate the quarries as BMC Stone. “We are excited to expand our upstream vertical integration and are pleased to be able to significantly increase our capabilities.” said Nathan McKean, chief executiveEO and owner of BMC Enterprises.
