Caterpillar will conduct its 2019 annual meeting of shareholders on 12 June at 8:00 am at its manufacturing facility in Clayton, North Carolina.
The company says the proxy statement containing the meeting details and admission procedures is expected to be available no later than the first week in May to shareholders of record as of 15 April 2019.
