Cemex denounces timeshare fraud

Cemex says that third parties not affiliated to Cemex are illegally using different means, including the Cemex logo, forged signatures and other information, in unauthorized and fraudulent offers to purchase timeshares in Mexico on behalf of Cemex and its executives.

The unauthorized and fraudulent activity has been detected in Mexico, the United States and Canada.

Cemex does not purchase timeshares in Mexico and such activity is not directly or indirectly authorized by Cemex, the company says.

Cemex advises the public ignore such offers to avoid becoming a victim of these fraudulent activities.
