Cemex Go is being used by more than 10,000 clients in three continents, says Cemex. The solution is intended to help users simplify transactions and reduce administrative burdens while allowing them to interact with Cemex through multiple devices.
Through the platform, users can place orders, review their history of transactions, track shipments in real-time via GPS, receive instant notifications of the order status and adjust orders.
The firm is now improving the product by adding new capabilities that offer a more personalised experience through better usage and analytics. Cemex claims customers can increase operating efficiency and competitiveness while generating more value for their business.

The solution is available in Mexico, US, Colombia, UK and Germany and is expected to be deployed in half of the company’s markets in the coming weeks.
