(HOUSTON, Texas) — CEMEX USA announced today that it has entered into an asset swap with TXI. As part of the transaction, CEMEX USA will acquire seven ready-mix concrete plants in the Houston area, and TXI will acquire three ready-mix facilities and rights to an aggregate quarry in Austin, Texas.
