CRH has appointed Mary Rhinehart and Siobhan Talbot as non-executive directors.
Rhinehart will assume her position on 1 October 2018. She is chairman, chief executive officer and president of Johns Manville. Rinehart has been with Johns Manville over 40 years and has held a range of global leadership roles.
Rhinehart was recently a non-executive director of Ply Gem Holdings, an exterior building products company in North America. She is also currently a non-executive director of CoBiz Financial.
Talbot will start her new role on 1 December. She is group managing director of Glanbia, a nutrition company operating in 32 countries. Talbot has been a member of the Glanbia board since 2009 and was previously finance director. Prior to that, she worked with PricewaterhouseCoopers in Dublin and Sydney.
Additionally, Talbot is a director of the Irish Business Employers Confederation.
