DJI partners with Delair on visual data collection management solutions

September 16, 2019

Civilian drone company DJI is working with Delair, a visual data management firm, on integrated solutions for visual data collection and analysis for businesses.

DJI says the deal will strengthen Delair’s ability to serve sectors such as construction and mining. Through DJI systems and the Delair.ai platform, customers will be able to use a range of tools from a cloud-based system to derive insights from drone data. It includes features and analytics such as field inventory calculations, vegetation encroachment and automatic defect detection.

Benjamin Benharrosh, co-founder of Delair, says DJI’s developer technologies and existing install base will allow the company to build an “analytics suite that can be utilised instantly across a customer’s fleet”.

Delair is to sell DJI products through its worldwide sales channel, along with building compatibility across platforms.
