Dolese Bros, a producer of ready-mixed concrete and crushed stone, intends to build a new headquarters in Oklahoma City to accommodate the company's growth.
A report by The Journal Record says there are around 150 employees across three buildings at the company’s campus at NW 13th and Broadway Avenue.
The 77,773-square-foot building, located at 8300 N. Broadway Extension, has been approved by the Planning Commission.
Kermit Frank, communications and community director at Dolese Bros, says the company intends to break ground in February and move into its new headquarters in the first quarter of 2020.
A sale price for the current headquarters is still being finalised.
