Granite Construction has been certified as a great workplace by the independent analysis from Great Place to Work. The certification is based on findings from anonymous employee surveys in which 80% rated it as a great working environment.
James H. Roberts, Granite president and chief executive officer, said:“We are extremely proud to receive this recognition as it is a testament to our dedicated and talented people and our unique culture. We strive to create an environment that promotes growth, leadership and teamwork while continuing to honor and embody the core values that have been the foundation of our Company for more than 95 years.”
Kim Peters, Executive vice president of Great Place to Work’s Certification Program, added: “We applaud Granite for seeking certification and releasing its employees’ feedback.
