Granite has appointed Jorge A. Quezada vice president of diversity and inclusion to promote the company’s belief that diverse backgrounds and perspectives enhance creativity.
Quezada joins Granite from his current position as senior director, diversity and inclusion and leadership development at Northwestern Mutual. In this role, he was responsible for designing and executing diversity and inclusion strategies, as well as leadership and training programmes. Prior to Northwestern Mutual, Quezada served as chief diversity officer at Kraft Foods from 2013 to 2015 and as inclusivity diversity director at Allstate Insurance Company from 2011 to 2013.
