LafargeHolcim has appointed Jay Moreau as chief executive officer (CEO) of US Aggregates and Construction Materials operations. He will succeed Guy Edwards, who was appointed CEO Aggregates Industries in the UK.
René Thibault, LafargeHolcim executive committee member and region head, North America, says: "Jay has a proven track record in this industry, and his expertise and strong focus on commercial growth and operational excellence will be valued contributions to LafargeHolcim in the US."
Moreau was previously senior vice president of operations services at Martin Marietta. Prior to that, he held a range of positions with the supplier of building materials which included regional vice president & general manager and division president.
