Feliciano González will replace Caroline Luscombe as head of human resources (HR) at LafargeHolcim from the 1 May 2018. He will report to chief executive officer Jan Jenisch.
González will not be a member of the executive committee, bringing the members down to eight.
He is currently HR director for Europe and has more than 11 years’ experience with the company.
