LafargeHolcim appoints Jamie Gentoso CEO of US Cement

LafargeHolcim has appointed Jamie Gentoso chief executive officer of US Cement operations to help lead the company through its next phase of growth. She will replace John Stull, who is now chief executive officer of Holcim Philippines.

Gentoso began her career at Holcim as a technical service engineer and architectural and engineering market manager where she focused on speciality cements, Portland cement, slag cement and fly ash. She was previously vice president of sales and marketing at Construction Specialities, an architectural and building products manufacturer.

René Thibault, LafargeHolcim group executive committee member and region head, North America, says: “Jamie has a proven track record in this industry, and her deep-seeded expertise and strong focus on the customer will be valued contributions to LafargeHolcim in the US.”
