LafargeHolcim has acquired UK aggregates and ready-mix concrete manufacturer The Kendall Group. The transaction, according to Jan Jenisch, LC's Group chief executive officer, "is highly complementary to our existing operations in the UK".
LC’s subsidiary Aggregates Industries will manage the new business, expanding its operations in the South of England.
