LafargeHolcim has launched three digital in a bid to improve engagement, streamline interactions and optimise projects.
The solutions include:
- ConcreteDirect: Makes concrete simple. A free smartphone app, available on iOS and Android, ConcreteDirect(New window) is a project coordination tool that helps customers save time, increase transparency with orders and deliveries, and increase crew utilisation. Through the app, customers can place, change and confirm orders, as well as track delivery progress. ConcreteDirect can be downloaded by searching for the app on a smartphone Google Play or Apple Store.
- DirectAccess: Allows customers direct access to their accounts at all times, with the ability to manage all aspects of the billing process 24/7, including checking account balances and making payments online. Customers can now register(New window) for access.
