Lehigh Hanson to buy Saunders Companies

Lehigh Hanson is to buy Saunders Company including its ready-mix concrete and aggregate plants.

Lehigh Hanson says it will expand Saunders operations. Saunders is based in Nedrow, New York.

The deal is expected to go through in the coming months.
