FLSmidth to supply an OK 30-4 cement vertical mill to Lehigh Hanson Materials.
Lehigh Hanson, owned by Heidelberg Cement of Germany, awarded a contract to FLSmidth for an OK 30-4 cement vertical mill to meet the increasing demand for cement in Canada.
The mill will be installed at Lehigh's existing Edmonton cement plant located 13km from downtown Edmonton, Alberta, Canada.
Additional scope of supply includes a cement powder cooler, related process engineering, and site advisory and commissioning services.
Commissioning is scheduled to be completed in the 2nd Quarter of 2017.
