LiuGong appoints Kevin Thieneman to vice president

LiuGong Machinery has appointed Kevin Thieneman to vice president, where he will be responsible for global strategy and business development, global after-sales business. He will also help accelerate market segment solutions.

Also, Thieneman will continue serving as executive chairman of LiuGong North America, a role which he obtained since joining the company in June 2017.

Thieneman has worked in the construction equipment sector for 25 years and was previously president of Caterpillar Forest Products. He also served in senior leadership roles for Caterpillar in the Asia Pacific region for over a decade and has been a member of the West Georgia Technical College Board of Directors.

LiuGong says Thieneman’s knowledge and experience will be an invaluable asset to its commitment to provide more diversified solutions for global construction equipment customers and to further enhance its global presence.
