Martin Marietta’s board of directors has declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.44 per share on the company’s outstanding common stock.
The dividend represents a cash dividend of $1.76 per share on an annualized basis, is payable on 29 March 2018, to shareholders of record at the close of business on 5 March 2018.
