McCloskey International says its new range of All-Terrain Stackers combines the benefits of onsite track mobility with the productivity of a radial conveyor. The stackers allow the conveyor to switch from track mode to radial in seconds, the company adds.
The portable machine comes with a 10' to 150' range and features wheels which can be folded to help ease transportation between sites.
Operators can position the stacker in the ground using the built-in levelling indicators. The hydraulic legs stabilise the stacker once in place.
According to McCloskey, the design removes the need for additional equipment and delivers a clean radius without material build-up.
The stackers come with a rear counterweight which counterbalances the tracks and wheels. The wheels are set back to help boost stockpile capacity.
Additionally, the rear counterweight anchors the tail end during radial mode to increase stability during operation.
All-Terrain Stackers also host tyres with aggressive-tread patterns, an internal wheel driver motor and a level gauge for operations on uneven ground.
