Metso has appointed Stephan W Kirsch as president of mining equipment and a member of the executive team, effective 1 August.
Metso says its current president of mining equipment and member of the executive team, Victor Tapia, will take on another internal assignment before leaving the company.

Kirsch joined Metso in 2018, and he currently works as senior vice president, business and product management for mining equipment.
