The Mine Safety and Health Administration (MSHA) has issued a public notice about a fatal accident that took place at O-N Minerals’ Cedarville Operation in Mackinac County, Michigan. The power haulage accident occurred on the 3 November.
The MSHA says the public notice serves is for employees of the mine, employees of the mining company(s) and employees of independent contractors with any connection to the mine. It is also aimed at anyone with any connection to the mine or those with information regarding the cause or contributing factors to the accident.
