New York Sand & Stone sold to US Concrete

New York Sand and Stone, owned by Amboy Aggregates, a joint venture between Great Lakes Dredge and Dock Company has been sold to Eastern Concrete Materials, a wholly-owned subsidiary of US Concrete.

Located in Brooklyn, New York Sand and Stone is a major supplier of crushed stone, sand and gravel to the construction industry in the New York metropolitan area.

The sale includes the assignment of leases to operate two existing aggregate distribution terminals on the East River in Brooklyn, NY.
