The National Stone, Sand & Gravel Association (NSSGA) has announced the recipients of awards which recognise achievements in improving public perception of the aggregates industry.
The Community Relations Excellence Awards also recognise individual producer operations through their community involvement.
NSSGA’s CEO Michael W. Johnson says: “These companies exemplify the benefits aggregates operations offer to their communities to goes well beyond the stone, sand and gravel they produce for local infrastructure and construction projects. Good operations are good neighbours that support their community, and it is our pleasure to recognize the outstanding ways that operations demonstrate their partnerships and support for their neighbours.”
NSSGA’s Community Relations Excellence Gold and Silver Award recipients will be recognised during the Legislative & Policy Forum, from 18-20 November.
