Peckham Industries has acquired aggregates producer JSL Materials to expand its opportunities within Westfield, Massachusetts.
As part of the deal, JSL is to provide more than 100 employees to Peckham.
John R. Peckham, president of Peckham, says: “This acquisition allows us to further integrate a very important part of our supply chain in the Massachusetts and Connecticut markets. We recognise the prominent history of JSL Materials and the significant contribution the business has made to the region.”
