Pioneer Landscape Centers acquires Midwest Minerals in Colorado

Pioneer Landscape Centers (PLC) has acquired Midwest Materials to expand its reach to customers in Longmont, Colorado. The addition is also intended to provide clients with more accessible products and materials.

Sagi Cohen, CEO of PLC, says: “Midwest Materials is the type of company we look for amid our five-year expansion plan. They have proven to have a strong focus on community and provide customers with best-in-class products, which Pioneer has been doing for over 50 years.”

Once the deal is finalised, Midwest Materials will become a pioneer division will maintain its leadership and employees.

PLC has 37 retail distribution centres and 23 quarries and production facilities across Arizona and Colorado. The company intends to expand into Texas and California this year.
