The Slag Cement Association (SCA) will provide an insight into how slag cement impacts the durability, strength and consistent performance of concrete in commercial, infrastructure and residential projects, at the Capital Districts Engineers Week in New York on the 16 February 2018.
Called ‘Improving Concrete Performance with Slag Cement’, the session will also deliver an overview of SCA resources and tools available to industry professionals.
Discussions will highlight case study examples on specific topics such as increasing concrete durability, mass concrete, high performance concrete, sustainability, and finishing practices.
