Select Sands has announced Rasool Mohammad has resigned from his position as director. His resignation has been provided in connection with an early resignation as an officer of the company.
Mohammad was included as a director nominee in the information circular for the annual and special meeting of shareholders of the company. The company will now amend the resolution to fix the size of the board of directors from six to five and for the election of directors to remove Mohammad’s nomination.
