Shale Support makes two senior level appointments

Frac sand provider Shale Support has appointed Leslie Gillespie director of supply chain and Keith Tubandt vice president of production management. The company says these additions will help improve departmental processes and provide a better service to customers and industry partners.

Gillespie will be based at the company’s office in Fort Worth, Texas, and oversee the company’s production, logistics and sales capabilities. Tubandt will manage production for the organisation in Mississippi. He will run the daily production, process improvements at wet and dry plants, oversee capital improvements for new product lines to the company and the preventative maintenance programme.

Gissespie was previously supply chain manager at Superior Silica Sands. Tubandt most recently consulted for American Silica and helped implement a new processing system for the frac sand in Black Rock, Arkansas.
