Telsmith launches Going Extra Mile campaign at AGG1 2018

March 7, 2018

Telsmith is introducing a campaign to honour those working in the aggregates and mining industry and beyond that go the extra mile at the 2018 AGG1 Expo in Houston Texas. It aims to provide wounded veterans with the resources they need to re-establish their independence.

In addition, the company is partnering with the Independence Fund to donate a track chair to a severely wounded US veteran who is on the waiting list. The fund is designed with the intention of helping veterans enjoy the outdoors through a range of devices that include all-terrain wheelchairs and adaptive bicycles.

The Telsmith team will also exhibit the T-Series cone crusher hybrid bearing at the event. It is said to crush at lower horsepower from an improved lift that helps carry the crushing forces. The machine is intended for tough, abrasive aggregate and mining processes.
