Telsmith to display Vibro-King TL Screen at CONEXPO/CON-AGG 2020

Telsmith is to showcase its Vibro-King TL Screen for heavy-duty aggregate processing at CONEXPO/CON-AGG 2020 in Las Vegas.

Telsmith says the machine is also suitable for 24-hour mining operations along with recycled asphalt and concrete products. The Vibro-King TL screen design creates outstanding performance and longevity for heavy duty scalping and fine sizing in either wet or dry applications, the company adds.

According to Telsmith, the deck frames have been designed for performance and endurance with each media type including side tension wire cloth, urethane or rubber, modular urethane or rubber panels, punch plate or steel-backed rubber.

The TL Never-Wear sealing system is expected to remove the need for contact lip seals while large shaft casing provides increased oil volumes. A snap-in, urethane labyrinth seal helps keep dust out and eliminates the expense of repairing worn seals or shaft grooves.

The Vibro-King TL screen offers single, double, triple and four deck models ranging from 5x14ft to 8x24ft screen size.
