Weir Minerals Africa has supplied crushing and screening equipment to CNC Crushers Roadstone, South Africa.
CNC Crushers Roadstone produces 1,000 to 1,200 tonnes of aggregate per day for road construction in various areas of South Africa’s North West province after they introduced Trio comminution equipment to their Stilfontein operations, reports Agg Net.

The company is operating Trio TC-series cone crushers and an inclined Trio TIO screen, all of which were purchased from Weir Minerals Africa.???CNC Crushers Roadstone’s TC36SH (short head) weighs 12,000kg and has a feed opening of between 100–180mm, as well as a head diameter of 914mm. It has a maximum power output of 90kW and a capacity of between 27 tonnes/h and 186 tonnes/h.
The company’s TC51S (standard head) has a head diameter of 1,295mm and weighs 22,500kg. It has a feed opening of between 65–135mm and a maximum power of 200kW. The unit has a capacity of between 36 tonnes/h and 255 tonnes/h.
CNC Crushers opted for a Trio TIO5162 inclined double-deck screen, which generates its motion via three timed shafts with eccentric counterweights. This three-shaft combination provides an oval strike with adjustable amplitude, speed and operating angle, as determined by application, feed size and gradation.
The vibrating unit uses an oil bath lubrication arrangement, whilst the plates are made from hot-rolled steel and are plasma cut with computer numerical controlled punched holes.
CNC Crushers Roadstone has an extended service level agreement with Weir Minerals Africa.
