US Concrete completes Colonial Concrete purchase

US Concrete has completed the acquisition of Colonial Concrete Company in Newark, New Jersey.

Colonial serves the northern New Jersey market with three ready-mixed concrete batch plants and fleet of approximately 40 mixer trucks.

The northern New Jersey market is poised for strong growth driven by population expansion and economic development.
