The Alliance will be headquartered in the former VRTBA offices in Richmond. Frederick E. Glazebrook, the newly elected vice president of VTCA. Glazebrook is also the president of Tidewater Quarries Inc., of Glen Allen.VTCA joins a list of 32 ARTBA state chapter affiliates.
