Warren’s Zoning Commission has chosen to deny a proposal from Border States Paving to build an asphalt plant near Davenport, North Dakota – in a report by WDay.
Dozens of residents met at zoning meeting at Horace Church and expressed concerns of how the proposed plant would affect property values and increase traffic to 200 trucks per day.
